Follow the steps below to upload cancellation data created in the specified format from the admin screen and process cancellations in bulk. The deadline for canceling affiliate performance is the end of the month following the month in which the transaction occurred (the month the transaction data was sent), so please ensure you complete it by then.
*If this deadline is missed, affiliates will be paid, and as a general rule, transaction cannot be canceled.
★TIPS★
We recommend this procedure if you need to cancel 51 or more orders.
====================================================================
[Pre-preparation] Create cancellation data in the specified "Text format" or "CSV format."
!!Please Note!!
The maximum number of records that can be uploaded at one time is 1000.

When creating data in Excel (CSV format) based on the transaction log downloaded from the admin screen:
Please process it according to the following steps.
*The following steps describe the case of Microsoft 365. Please note that the steps may not be exactly the same depending on your environment and Excel version.
1.Download the transaction log from the admin screen and save it as a CSV without opening it.
2.Launch Excel, create a new workbook, and from the "Data" tab, select "Get Data" -> "From File" -> "From Text/CSV."
3.Select the CSV file saved in step 1.
4.When the file wizard appears, click the "Transform Data" button.
5.Change any integer displays in the displayed items to text display.
*Select the text and click "Replace current" on the "Change Type" screen that appears.
6.Once all integer displays in the displayed items have been changed to text display, click "Close & Load" to load the data.
7.Process the data to include only the necessary information and change it to the following order and data format. (Items in red are required.)
Order ID , SID (Site ID) , Purchase Date (yyyy-mm-dd) , SKU (Product Code) , Quantity to Subtract , Amount to Subtract , Currency (JPY) , E-mail , Payment Type , Postal Code , Product Name , Member ID (U1) , Reason
8.Delete the header row and save the file type as "CSV (Comma delimited)."
!!Please Note!!
If you skip steps 1 to 7, or if you double-click to open the downloaded CSV file, the "Cell Format" in Excel will default to "General."
As a result, if you enter numbers with leading zeros, the zeros may be automatically deleted, or if you enter long numbers, they may be converted to values like "1.23457E+11," which may not be what you intended to upload.
Example: Entering "0000123" might be converted to "123," or entering "123456789123" might be converted to "1.23457E+11."
This is especially important when entering "Order ID," "SKU," and "Member ID," as they often involve numbers starting with zero or long numbers.
【When you want to subtract an amount (cancel "sales commission" transaction)】
Enter the amount you want to subtract in the "Amount" field as a number with a minus sign.
*The "Quantity" value can remain a positive number. There is no need to put a minus (-) in the quantity.
★Example) To cancel transaction with Order ID: 1234567, SID: 970928, SKU: AD-12345, Quantity: 2, Amount: 2000
Text format example) 1234567|970928||AD-12345|2|-2000||||||Transaction Cancellation[Line Break]
CSV format example) 1234567,970928,,AD-12345,2,-2000,,,,,,,Transaction Cancellation[Line Break]
【When you want to subtract a quantity (cancel "per-event" transaction)】
Enter the quantity you want to subtract in the "Quantity" field as a number with a minus sign.
*Enter 0 (zero) for "Amount."
★Example) To cancel transaction with Order ID: 1234567, SID: 970928, SKU: MEMBER, Quantity: 1, Amount: 0
Text format example) 1234567|970928||MEMBER|-1|0||||||Transaction Cancellation[Line Break]
CSV format example) 1234567,970928,,MEMBER,-1,0,,,,,,,Transaction Cancellation[Line Break]
